  • Andrea Dwyer
    Executive Director

    Andrea Platt Dwyer, the Executive Director of Seattle Tilth, has thirty years of experience in nonprofit management, including nine years as CEO of Camp Fire USA Minnesota Council. While at Camp Fire, Andrea chaired a professional association for council executives from across the USA, and served on the national Camp Fire USA board of directors. Andrea moved to Seattle in 2008 and currently serves on the Puget Sound Regional Food Policy Council.

  • Liza Turley
    Chair, Board of Directors

    Liza Turley joined the board in April 2007 while a student at the Foster MBA Program and has served on board committees including the Development Committee, as Chair of the Governance Committee and Strategic Planning and Compensation Task Forces. Professionally, Liza works as a senior project manager for a technology consulting firm and has a dozen years’ experience working in the catering and events business both in Seattle and Boston, MA.

  • Tom Neir
    Board Member and Hub Committee Chair

    Tom Neir joined the board in 2012. He is a native of Kirkland and has worked and lived in a number of places across the US and internationally. He has a background in business with degrees from the University of Washington (Economics) and the University of Virginia (MBA). Tom has corporate experience in finance, sales, marketing, and planning, and is a proven entrepreneur who founded and grew a successful business in Hong Kong.
