Company Summary

Seattle Cookie Counter started as the first 100% artisan made plant based ice cream truck in May of 2014. We've gained a following with our delicious treats that just happen to be vegan and with our friendly & thoughtful service. We've recently acquired a brick & mortar space to open Seattle's first 100% plant based ice creamery, bakery, and espresso bar. We are ready to serve the growing demand for plant based treats!
