SeatServe is a NYC based mobile technology team that has developed a real-time delivery SaaS solution for large sports venues.

In essence, we have developed a way for fans to place an order via their smartphone. We offer the stadium the technological infrastructure needed to fulfill that order in the most efficient way possible by utilizing our proprietary load-balancing algorithm.

We have created an unbelievable new marketing medium and advertising stream for all of our partners via real-time marketing and analysis of fan engagement.

Our business model includes multiple channels:
• US - Install the acquired stadium's technology for free, charge the fan a convenience fee of $2-$8 per order.
• Overseas - Charge the stadium €1-€2 per seat per season.
• Licensing/Reselling - a monthly fee + a tiered revenue split.
• Advertising - loads of ad space in the SeatServe apps and throughout the venue.
