The primary product for the restaurant will be traditional seafood and fresh steaks that will include appetizers and entries such as fresh fish, crab cakes, fish sandwiches, seafood pastas, meat and poultry dishes; some New Orleans-style dishes such as crawfish and shrimp toffee; and a variety of healthy choices such as salads, sushi and sashimi, and vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

Mark established, developed, and managed a successful 4.5 star Asian fusion restaurant, Sushi House, in North Miami Beach. Sushi House was known for fresh food, an innovative menu, and fun and stylish atmosphere.
