The project is focused on lowering post-harvest losses through the use of a community storage facility, PICS bags, and natural convection solar dryers in Ajumako, Ghana. The beneficiaries of the RASS Project are rural farmers and their households whom are threatened with the challenges of food insecurity - including deteriorating health due to malnutrition, stunted mental and physical development, and limited opportunities to improve income.
