Our mission will be to provide legal access to stem cell treatment here in the United States to the approximately 40 million Americans with chronic illness, who are legally barred from this treatment by FDA regulations. SeaCell will provide the most up to date treatment to qualified patients, on board ships in international waters. The medical practice will be set up according to the standards of the International Cellular Medicine Society.
