    ACT’s founder, Alan Lowe, designed and constructed the world’s first large scale commercial coral cultivation facility. In December of the year 2000, he designed and oversaw the implementation of the world’s first reef restoration project. Mr. Lowe and his project were featured in the September, 2001 issue of National Geographic Magazine.
