Team

  • Alan is a technology enthusiast, visionary and successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in the software industry. He draws upon 30+ years of technical and managerial experience spanning tenures at Oracle, NASA and four of his own consulting and software firms. Using this experience, he has been instrumental in developing a strategy for ScribeRule. Alan successfully brought to market a variety of technology applications in years past.

  • Brian, ScribeRule's CTO and Chief Architect, is an accomplished Software and Systems Architect who has been with range of companies from small startups to large organizations such as MCI and VMWare. He has been the CTO of four companies prior to ScribeRule, but has a reputation for being a "Practical Architect", providing working code to back up his designs.

    Shane is a principal software engineer, tech entrepreneur, and technical manager who focused the first 20 years of his career on the process and practice of creating and delivering software systems. His experience envisioning, architecting, designing, developing, and deploying solutions has helped Hewlett Packard, Agilent, AbleLink, and Amazon successfully bring software products to market.

    General Hayden currently serves as a Principal member of the Chertoff Group, focused on intelligence and counter-intelligence, global risk analysis, and strategy for the American intelligence community. General Hayden retired after serving 39 years in the Air Force. He also served as the Director of the NSA, the first Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence and as the Director of the CIA.

    Board Member

    Admiral Inman served in the U.S. Navy from November 1951 to July 1982. He served as Director of the NSA and Deputy Director of CIA. After retiring from the Navy, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the MCC in Austin, Texas and Chairman, President and CEO of Westmark Systems, Inc., a electronics industry holding company. Admiral Inman also served as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 1987 through 1990.

    CFO & Board Secretary

    Greg has over 20 years of experience in various finance roles, primarily in oil and gas. He has a background in creating financial structures for start-up companies and raising capital to fund corporate activities including over $3 billion in both debt/equity capital raises over the past 10 years. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PetroTal LLC. He has also held senior roles at Energy XXI LTD.
