Company Summary

Scrapsule is the digital marriage of scrapbooks and time capsules. Scrapsule pulls together scattered pieces of your digital memories and voicemail, something you can’t do online now. Scrapsule provides a more visually appealing, and more efficient way to organize a user’s memories. Our target market is women between the ages of 25 and 34. This demographic represents the most active social networkers.

  • Dee Cater
    Head of Design and Development

    Dee Cater, our resident tech geek, is skilled at digital strategy and design. Currently, she works as a consultant delivering high-end brand experiences through traditional and new media. Dee is also developing expertise in advertising and consumer insight. She’s currently an advertising graduate student at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a special interest in art direction, content marketing, and digital strategy.

  • Rich Murphy
    Head of Finance and Marketing

    Rich Murphy is our numbers man. Rich is currently gaining experience in the fields of finance and marketing. Rich also has a background in television and film, giving him a leg-up on what’s new and hot in media. Most recently Rich worked with the upcoming Hollywood film, Adult World, starring Emma Roberts and John Cusack. Rich is a television, radio, and film, and marketing dual major.

  • Heather Rinder
    Head of Social Media and Public Relations

    Heather Rinder is the operations girl. Recently Heather worked at Good Housekeeping magazine (part of Hearst Media), and currently works with HerCampus.com, giving her a grounding in both digital and print media. She knows how to reach out for partnerships, make contacts, and create Scrapsule's social media presence. Heather is a senior majoring in magazine journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
