Mr. Carlson is a veteran executive with 25 years of experience in senior management and leadership roles in the Electronic Manufacturing and Information Technology sectors in British Columbia. He has served in leadership capacities in a number of successful public and private IT companies. He recently served as Chairman of ParaSun Technologies Inc., and of User Friendly Media Inc., both of which he founded in the mid 1990s.

Mr. Scott joined Scorpion Software in Mar/12 after a very successful 7-year career with Sage, a leading supplier of business management software and services with over $2 billion in revenue and more than 6 million customers. At Sage, Julian had progressively more important roles, including Vice President, North American SMB Sales. He was responsible for 4 different product lines, direct and indirect sales, and all Partner programs.

Mr. Epp is the Founder and Chief Software Security Architect at Scorpion Software. He has focused on software security for more than 20 years, and has been recognized and awarded the designation by Microsoft as an Enterprise Security MVP for the past 8 consecutive years. A serial entrepreneur, along with his work at Scorpion he has helped build companies to deliver embedded firewalls and host-based intrusion prevention systems.

Mr. Barton joined Scorpion Software in Jan/12. He is a results-driven professional with a broad range of financial, business and general management experience. In addition to consulting for clients such as The Credit Counseling Society and New Media BC, David has served both on the board of directors and in senior management with ParaSun Technologies, User Friendly Media and Geekfinder Technologies.

Mr. Raffa is a co-founder, COO and Fund Manager of Lions Capital Corp., manager of BC Advantage Funds and Lions Liquidity Investment Fund, and the founder and principal of Valeo Practices. Lions Capital manages two investment funds which invest in early-stage life science and technology companies, and Valeo provides corporate finance advice to companies on financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
