As the sole contractor for JP Morgan in Massachusetts, Scollay Square Investment LLC has been at the forefront of privatizing property tax collections since 2007. We take assignment of entire tax lien portfolios from cities and towns. The Massachusetts market is approximately $900 million, and privatization has only just begun. Now we are seeking a limited amount of equity investment to take advantage of high yields with very low risk.
