Joel Schwartz has spent the past 20 yrs. as a scientist mining complex data for insight into drug development. During that time, he has held multiple leadership positions in academics, contract research and major pharmaceutical companies. He has managed teams of experimental biologists, chemists and bio-staticians to develop technology platforms for drug discovery. He has had over 25 direct reports and on average 10 million dollar budgets.

Vitaly Klimovich's nearly 20 year career began as a researcher in DNA replication at Vanderbilt University and was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University. He later transitioned to product management, marketing and sales for a Fortune 500 companie. He has spent years understanding sales to the biotechnology industry, and will lead our efforts to build Schwozny's customer base.

Peter Dragone has spent the past 20 yrs. acting as a consulting/acting CFO for start-up companies in a variety of industries. During that time, he has successfully raised over $20 million in angel and investor funding for his clients. Mr. Dragone was a co-founder of Keurig, Inc., now the multi-billion dollar Keurig/Green Mountain Inc. Mr. Dragone has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA in Spanish from Middlebury College
