  • Ian Schuster
    President/CMO

    Ian ran Philip Morris Japan's brand portfolio (i.e. Marlboro and Virginia Slims) and managed PM Japan's Key Accounts Category Management teams.

    In the US, he consults to most of the US Top 20 retailers and designed all or parts of the category control processes for 7 of them including Safeway, Seven-Eleven, Walmart and Target. He received his MBA from London Business School and BS form the US Naval Academy.

    Chief Brewing Officer

    Firestone Walker and Hoovers 101, both highly successful breweries in California proved the training grounds for Mike, where he started in packaging before rising to brewing roles. Cal Poly Creamery, and currently Safeway round out his career devoted to food manufacturing from retail to production, and product development to QA. Mike received his BS (in food science) and MBA from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

    Chief Sales Officer

    Mike is as seasoned a beer sales executive as you can get, counting 25 years of beer industry sales and distribution. He started his career with a Miller distributor in Southern California before joining Miller itself to run distribution throughout much of Los Angeles area. More recently, he joined Pabst, where he currently runs sales across a 70,000 square mile swath of Northern California, including the entire San Francisco Bay Area.

    Chief Trade Marketing Officer

    Jeremy has 15 years of industry sales and marketing, starting with Miller in Northern California and culminating in more recent Sales Director positions with Singha (Thailand) and as VP Sales with Lhasa (Tibet). Specializing in National Account sales, he is also an expert in new brand introduction and trade support generation, running Singha and Lhasa launch operations for California and the entire US Pacific Coast respectively.

    Chief Infrastructure Officer

    Jon has over 30 years of Infrastructure and IT background, covering systems architecture, network technology, physical data center design and build, as well as security compliance (PCI/SOX) and direct operations management leading ITIL related solutions. His career spans all industry segments from start ups to Fortune 500 industry leaders in retail and entertainment, mostly serving in management positions.
