Schoolit also offers a publishing platform to announce all school news and events via our website and iPhone application. Schoolit will later shift to a decentralized model w/sales force incentives.

Alan started his technology career when he founded ScreamingMedia (NASDAQ:SCRM) with partner and mentor Jay Chiat, of Chiat Day. Alan helped fund, “SuperSize Me” the movie and created the initial technology for touchmedia.cn, an interactive kiosk in 40,000 cabs in China and ReturnPath. Alan started and ran Emergent Trading Fund (2004-2008), beating the market and all hedge fund indexes every year, every quarter w/all positive years.

Todd IrwinCo-Founder and CMO
Todd is the founder of DC3, where he conceptualizes and produces brand identities, campaigns, and anything a brand needs that's creative. Todd has done work for Nikon, Lacoste, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Remy Martin, Monique Lhuillier, Lord and Taylor and New York's 7th on Sixth Fashion Shows to name a few, and has worked on national campaigns and set up stand alone creative projects while being featured in numerous publications such as PDN and ADWEEK.

Brian McGuintyChief Technology Officer
Brian was one of the first employees of ScreamingMedia (SCRM) and held various positions there including Chief Technical Officer, VP of Software Engineering and finally Chief Scientist at the time ScreamingMedia was sold to Marketwatch in 2002. He was then a founding Partner at Emergent Trading Systems where he designed a blackbox trading system.

Ivan BrewsterDirector of Marketing
Ivan creates big ideas and turns them into meaningful and effective road maps for success. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), and then worked for the Arnell Group on accounts for Samsung, Tommy Hilfiger, Concorde ESQ, Progressive and Jeep. Ivan has extensive experience in environmental and industrial design, and completed projects for Frank Gehry & Associates, Kiehl's, DKNY, Estée Lauder and L’Oréal, and Nikon.
