A Trinity Scholar to Duke University, Weeks founded School House while serving as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Sri Lanka from 2007-2008. Since launching in April of 2009, Weeks has driven the brand's overall strategic vision with a team of five. She has been featured in Womens Wear Daily, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and MSNBC, and was recently honored with the SCORE Foundation’s 2011 National Outstanding Woman-Owned Small Business Award.

As Weeks’ operational lead, Williams came to School House with a 20+ year record of achievement and demonstrated success in driving human resources and operational results in the apparel industry. She has served in corporate leadership positions at Mast Industries, Levi Strauss, Jockey International, Gap, and Ann Taylor over the course of her career.
