Mike is Scayl’s President and CEO and also serves on the Board of Directors. Mike joined Scayl in January 2014. He has over ten years of experience in executive roles creating SaaS, mobile, enterprise, social media, and “internet of things” solutions in roles including CEO, COO, and CTO at agile startups such as QuickTrac, Streetline, and Icarian, as well as Fortune 1,000 companies like Adobe and J&J.

Tim has been a member of our Board of Directors since January 2014. Tim is a multi-faceted executive with experience in talent acquisition and development, marketing, media, journalism, broadcasting, new media, web video, motion pictures, technology, publishing, intellectual property, corporate and financial management, capital markets, and real estate. Tim has worked directly with U2, Paul McCartney, Prince, Katy Perry, and Bonnie Raitt.

Dr. Peter Weinstein, has been a member of our Board of Directors since January 2014. Peter is the CEO of One3 IP Management. As the CEO, Peter works closely with start-ups and small technology companies by assisting them with their intellectual property, licensing, transactional, and other legal needs.

Harold has been our Chair of our Board of Directors since January 2014. he has extensive knowledge and expertise in the fields of biotechnology, technology, mining, global trade, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and public market financings. Harold has held Chairman and CEO positions at Tepnel Life Sciences, Antisoma, Osmetech, Ultrasis, Xenetic BioSciences, Reflec, Sunbeach Communications, Nucoal, and DST Innovation Technologies.
