A nine year veteran of the futures industry, Justin began developing software solutions for the financial industry in 2003. Prior to founding Scaled Dynamics, Justin spent seven years working for industry leaders in the futures sector including Advantage Futures and Trading Technologies. Justin’s extensive background in the electronic trading space spans network engineering, software development, business development, and executive leadership.

Zach Fietsch is an experienced options trader, quantitative analyst, and risk management expert. His background in accounting, compliance, law, and valuation allows him to fulfill the numerous tasks demanded of him as the Chief Operating Officer of Scaled Dynamics. Zach received his M.S. Finance degree from Loyola University Chicago in financial risk management and is pursuing his CFA and PRM designations.

Prior to joining Scaled Dynamics, Sean founded a design studio where diverse client requirements were translated into clear specifications and superior user interfaces. Sean utilizes user-centered methods to ensure Scaled Dynamics products are renowned for their intuitive, efficient user interface and unparalleled end-to-end experience. He received his B.S. and B.B.A. from Ohio State University, double majoring in Marketing and Logistics.

Matthew was the second programmer hired by Justin and has continued to contribute to the success of the company and the quality of Scaled Dynamics products. Matthew brings his video game programming background and its emphasis on real-time software to the world of trading software. He has been instrumental in the development of Gatekeeper, Risk Server, and SD Connect. Matthew currently oversees the technical aspects of Scaled Dynamics products.
