Paul was most recently the Head of MTV LATAM Digital Ad Sales and Operations based in Argentina and Miami, responsible for double digital % year on year growth and hitting multi million dollar budgets. He was promoted from MTV London to head up MTV LATAM. Paul is also an expert in Ad Operations from his time at AOL UK back in 2004. He founded Skipworth, a digital music label, his first startup in 1998 age 17, has lived across 3 continents.

Since the age of 7 voiceover for Pokemon and movies like Harry Potter. Main presenter of Nickelodeon LATAM and then MTV LATAM for the last 9 years. Presenter for Coca-Cola.FM (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Argentina) as well 2012-2014. 20 years of connections in the entertainment industry and my main experience is in content and branding, most of that experience comes from 4 years of live streaming shows.

Past 7 years in the Entertainment Industry in Latin America as an Artist Promoter, Manager and PR. Arranged events for brands like Coca-Cola across different countries. Also managing the communications of SayYeahTV and the relationships with artists and other big media companies such as Clarin and Grupo Caracol through various alliances.

As an entrepreneur I have ran 3 different businesses across 3 countries.

12 years R&D experience most recently at Shell Netherlands running R&D projects. Previously software engineer in Israel, team leader and project manager.
