Mobile subscriptions (7.2 billion) have superseded the world's population, yet 1.75 billion people don’t have access to cellular services. Telecoms may look the other way but SayCel specializes in low cost technology, drastically reducing the cost of cellular deployments. We provide local 911 services, which have never been available in developing communities. SayCel gives marginalized populations security, access to each other and the world.
