The internet has changed the real estate industry (and every other industry as well) however those changes have not necessarily benefited the consumer in the form of reduced real estate commission, while offering FULL real estate service to clients. While there are a few “discounted” commission and For Sale by Owner firms out there, they limit the service and therefor limit the clients experience while reducing the commission.
