Experienced Software Entrepreneur who was SVP of Engineering at ProClarity which grew from startup to roughly 150 people and culminated in a successful acquisition by Microsoft. During 4 years at Microsoft, Russ became a General Manager responsible for 175 people working on Business Intelligence features for the Microsoft Office products.

A software technologist with a broad set of experiences both hands on and managing teams including managing the operational systems for the BP Oil Spill in the gulf as well as starting and leading divisions of Resource Data, Inc. in Houston and Boise.

Elaine brings over thirteen years of software experience to the team as a technical writer, program manager, product strategist, and customer advocate at both small and large companies. Elaine holds a Masters in Technical Communication from Boise State University.
