Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of power transmission experience as a Managing Director of Rocky Mountain Power, former President and CEO of Montana-Alberta Tie Line Inc., former CEO of the Power Pool of Alberta and various senior management positions within SaskPower in both operations and systems planning for generation and transmission. Mr. Wilson received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. van Egteren is a Managing Director of Rocky Mountain Power. Prior experience includes Chairman of Grasslands Renewable Energy LLC, VP of Marketing for Landis Energy Corporation, VP of Marketing for Montana-Alberta Tie Line Inc. and VP Marketing for a natural gas marketing firm in Calgary. Mr. van Egteren graduated with an M.A. and ABD in the PH.D program from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Lodge has over 20 years of experience in finance, sales and project management and is currently the CFO of Rocky Mountain Power. Prior experience includes CFO of a Canadian private wind energy developer and manager of an energy project financing division of a private financial services company. Mr. Lodge holds a Masters in Business Administration from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

Bill KennedyTechnical Lead
Mr. Kennedy has almost 40 years’ experience as a power system engineer. He has worked on power system projects from 4 kV to 500 kV both nationally and internationally. Since 1997, he has been involved in the Alberta deregulated electric industry first as employee with ESBI Alberta Ltd. and then the Alberta Electric System Operator. Previous to that he had an 18 year career with SaskPower.
