    Rebecca Bomann founded SASH in 2005 as a blend of social work, senior care, and real estate. As CEO and President, Ms. Bomann serves as the company's chief spokesperson, team builder, and architect of SASH's family of services. Ms. Bomann is responsible for strategic growth steps and the execution of SASH's vision. Ms. Bomann's training, experience, and personal story with her grandfather are the foundation for SASH's mission of serving seniors.

    SASH Realty Managing Broker

    Dennis Brown is the Designated Broker of SASH Realty, the senior-focused, full service real estate brokerage within SASH. Mr. Brown is responsible for development of SASH Realty, broker recruitment, and the day-to-day oversight of transactions. Prior to joining SASH in September 2012, Mr. Brown worked at Windermere Real Estate for 17 years, earning numerous awards. Mr. Brown has worked in residential and commercial real estate for over 30 years.

    Michael Carrosino brings over twenty-five years experience in corporate finance, accounting, and management to SASH. Mr. Carrosino has a extensive track record in rapid growth, start-up operations, turn around management, SEC filings / registrations, IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, capital formation, and fundraising.     Executive Marketing Director

    Colleen Barnes brings both professional and personal experience of elder care to her role as Executive Marketing Director. Prior to SASH, Ms. Barnes worked for nine years at Merrill Gardens, a large senior living chains. Prior to Merrill Gardens, Ms. Barnes worked in retail management and direct sales. She oversees the brands within SASH's family of services, as well as the multi-layered marketing strategy as SASH reaches a nationwide audience.
