Company Summary

Sapphics will be a new 100-seat Mediterranean Tapas restaurant with a 10 seat porch area. We will be located in the booming and rapidly expanding Phoenix Hill/ Bardstown Rd area of Louisville, Kentucky. The restaurant will be a warm and friendly place with excellent food. It will target both fun-seeking and sophisticated diners from the local gay and lesbian community as well as the heterosexual community.

    I come from a long line of business owners. My Grandfather was a chef and owned one of the first KFC's in Louisville. My parents own businesses in the Central area of Kentucky. I owned my own business at the age of 24 while attending College at EKU. Upon graduating I became a teacher and have taught in Lexington and have been teaching middle school in Louisville for the past 11 years.
