Jane was instrumental in the sale of 3 start-up companies with a combined exit value of $140 million. Jane was a co-founder of iSense Corp. and served as CFO until its sale to Bayer Healthcare in 2008. She began her career with Deloitte.

    Jane brings 18 years of leadership experience in the high tech field, including leadership roles at ABCNEWS.com and RealNetworks, to Samepage. Jane has led interactive work for online, in-store and mobile projects from conception through design and development. She credits an ability to balance right/left brain activity for her success, and finds working with highly creative and technical people to be what inspires and challenges her.

    Brian is a versatile software architect and developer with experience on large-scale SaaS systems as well as web, desktop and mobile applications. Over the past 20+ years Brian has made significant contributions to products developed by Aldus, Adobe, Interwoven and several successful start-ups. He was a co-founder and principal developer of Avalara's industry leading, SaaS transactional tax platform.
