    Managing Director

    Brad joined Salt Creek Capital in 2013. He leads new investments and oversees the firm's portfolio companies. Prior to Salt Creek, Brad was a Managing Director of Pacific Private Capital (PPC), a private equity firm focused on companies in the lower middle market. Earlier in his career, Brad worked for 15 years with Prudential Capital on the east coast, west coast and Asia in broad areas of corporate and project finance.

    Managing Director

    Dan joined Salt Creek Capital in 2010. He leads new investments and serves as a director on the board of several portfolio companies. Prior to Salt Creek, Dan was the founder and Managing Director of a successful boutique investment merchant bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions for lower middle market companies. Prior to SCC, Dan was a strategic consultant with Arthur D. Little, and a financial consultant at Deloitte & Touches LLP.

    Dan founded Salt Creek Capital in 2009. In addition to serving on the board of portfolio companies, he currently serves as President of Electro-Motion, Inc.
    Prior to SCC, Dan was a General Partner at Opus Capital, a $280M fund where he led growth equity and buyout efforts in the middle market. Previously, Dan was a GP and founding member of Duchossois Technology Partners, a $100M venture capital firm. Dan began his career at Ernst & Young.

    Sterling is a highly experienced and accomplished senior executive with demonstrated expertise driving organizational value in the business services, business equipment and the healthcare information industries. Previous employment includes senior level positions at Aramark, Iron Mount and Quartermaster (CEO). Sterling has over 25 years of Fortune 500 and private equity company leadership experience.
