Our investors’ exit strategy is anticipated to be via share value and capital gain, hence the incorporation of Saint Eligius as a PLC, in order that shareholders have a public market for their shares in order to meet said exit strategy. The Board has resolved to achieve introduction to the AIM capital market within the next three years. John's chief role is to advise the board on achieving this goal.
