From 1986 to 1995 was a partner in the International Consulting Team Shen Milsom and Wilke designing sophisticated technological buildings worldwide. In 1996 he started MDCI providing software development for commercial and large residential building management systems.

35 years in Silicon Valley as a financial professional with several companies including National Semiconductor, Hewlett-Packard, and Silicon Graphics. In 1999 as CFO took Bamboo.com public. Subsequently, he was CFO at Santa Cruz Operation and the successor company, Tarantella, Inc. He has participated in mergers, asset sales, and varied fund raising activities. His responsibilities have included IT, HR, Legal and Treasury as well as Finance.

19 years of IT operations, management, application development and support as well as integration of information technology into business strategies. Holds a MS in Computer Science from National Technical University in Kiev, Ukraine.

25 years in the security and alarm industry with emphasis on sales and marketing. Affiliated with several companies culminating with a VP Position with Odetics. He recently consulted with Acuity, Inc. A CCTV security company.
