Company Summary
SAFI-Tech develops supercooled liquid metal microcapsules for lower-heat soldering in electronics assembly. High heat from current soldering causes manufacturing defects and alternatives have many problems. SAFI-Tech has the exclusive worldwide license for the technology from Iowa State University, with other company patents pending. SAFI-Tech is venture-backed and has both privately and publicly funded development projects in progress.
