Co-founder and Managing DirectorPrior to Símo, Andrew was a strategy consultant for Monitor Deloitte for 10 years. He led strategic reviews and business restructurings for major organisations.
He holds a BA in Modern History from Oxford University.

Design DirectorSang Yoon is recognised as an emerging design talent. He closed the prestigious Central Martins BA show in 2014. He has been profiled in key publications such as Elle, The Business of Fashion and Dezeen.

Director of Brand, Marketing & SalesPrior to Simo, our new appointee was Director of brand campaigns at a FTSE 100 company. She brings 17 years of corporate experience within brand, engagement and marketing, as well as trouble shooting spanning her career.
