    Mr. Mander has more than 10 years of experience in working with complex government documents. He has served more that 25 Federal, State, and local government agencies as well as numerous government contractors and nonprofit organizations. The Govlish program grows out of this experience. Mr. Mander has devoted his time and resources exclusively to building the Govlish program for more than a year, bringing it to the prototype-ready stage.
