The DOJ made RI. down-size their plans as they will not allow thousand plant grow-ops, I am looking at a 4'000 sq ft building isolated on 10 acres. I have been growing as a caregiver for patients since 2006. Licensed patients need access to reliable steady supply.There's never enough. As the process develops, expansion can follow the DOJ's lead. If-when marijuana becomes legal those doing the med. producing should be 1st in line to produce that.
