Ex-software lecturer at Waterford Institute of Technology, as Director of Software Research for NASDAQ quoted Smartforce, VP of Technology, Propylon. As a consultant he has worked for Vodafone Ireland, the Irish Public Appointments Service, Canada Life and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Steve started his sales career recruiting IT people in London, and worked with ITT World Directories before establishing his own IT Recruitment business. Steve now manages sales and business relationships at RWorks

Declan Rossiter: Became a Shareholder and Director of RWorks in mid 2010. Most recently Declan was CEO of Health Ireland Partners (HIP). In 2009 Declan successfully negotiated a merger between HIP and Helix Health which created the largest indigenous provider of medical technology solutions in Ireland. Helix is the 2010 winner of the Irish Software Association "Company of the Year" award.
