John is President of Ruxter and serves as CEO/CTO, guiding overall strategy. With 20+ years of experience in creating, managing and implementing technology solutions in several diverse roles around the globe, John applies those lessons learned to each new endeavor. Prior to founding Ruxter, John was VP/CTO of Henderson Engineers (based in Lenexa, KS) as the firm grew from $5m to $50m in revenue.

Mike is the co-founder of Ruxter and is responsible for marketing Ruxter, talking to Ruxter users about their experience and refining and developing new Ruxter features. Before co-founding Ruxter in 2009, Mike worked for 15 years in IT consulting on projects throughout the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
