Company Summary
The coffeehouse style is a really good model to start a restaurant. Pay at the counter and we will give you a number, and bring it out shortly. Meanwhile there is a glass door mini cooler with complimentary glass btl. water (dine in only). After your done you buss your own table. Beer and wine will be served at checkout. Coffeehouse in the AM and pizzas/sides for lunch and dinner. Chalkboard menu that can change with the availability of produce.

I have been working for the last 11 years in some of the top restaurants in mulitple cities including but not limited to; Napa Valley (Multi-city), Las Vegas, New York, and Florence Italy. I have also spent 5 years in the farming industry. I've started two separate businesses in the last 5 years and they are both still running successfully.
