Brad has over 20 years in the food industry. His experience consists of restaurant management, franchise development, food manufacturing (over ten years) and sales. He started The Rustic Crust, Inc. as a contract manufacturer and has led the company through its transition to a respected manufacturer of retail product.

In his role as CEO, Brad oversees all executive decisions with his primary role focused on Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Doug has an accomplished background in food manufacturing having been one of the four Operating Partners at Noah’s Bagels as they grew from $8MM to $100MM in revenue. Prior to Noah’s, Doug was Vice President of Delimex during their growth from $20MM to $60MM of revenue in two years. He was also a Plant Manager at Kraft’s Lenders Bagels for a $20MM and then a $100MM production facility. Doug has also been an Operations Manager for Campbell Soup
