While stationed in Washington I learned how to make wine and it is a highly profitable business. Small batch blackberry wine can cost me less than $200 to make 5 gallons which turns 33 bottles. I can sell 1 bottle for $20 at the local farmers market. The only problem I face is start up. It will take approximately 8 months until the first batch is ready.
