  • A recognized leader in ITS, AI, Data Management and Autonomous Vehicles. A serial entrepreneur and innovator who has been navigating complex global transportation systems and markets in Europe, South America, Asia and US. With expertise in traffic, mapping, navigation and big data, Martin has built global teams for over 30 years. Before founding RSM he lead Dublin based start-up Parking Partners to a favorable exit with PEEK Traffic (now Swarco).

  • Started her 22 year tech career as a technical project manager at Autodesk working on AutoCAD. After web.com as Sr. Producer and head of QA, she spent the next 11 years at Gracenote as VP of Professional Services (through acquisition by Sony) where she grew a global team of implementation engineers and project managers. She is instrumental in bringing this global team together, with structure, Agile development, DevOps, and process innovation.

  • Has 20 years of experience in the field of transportation engineering and hands on software development. As a former student of the Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University) he studied the Simon system for his Master’s degree. He has an excellent understanding of Simon and is driving the development of enhancements including the pollution management system, weather influence as well as topography and pedestrian awareness.

  • VP of Strategy

    Kathryn has 10 years experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, and partnerships. She has built public-private alliances with Bay Area cities since 2008, and has helped startups translate ideas to action since 2011. She joined RSM as the Head of Strategic Partnerships, creating a pipeline of 20+ partnerships with cities, agencies, and Fortune 1000 companies. In 2018 she transitioned to VP of Strategy to help facilitate business and product design.

  • An accomplished business launch, growth, and turnaround expert. As a C-level contributor, go-to-market strategist, advisor and (occasional) impact investor Nicole works closely with executive teams to guide strategy and growth. A Silicon Valley veteran, that has developed strategies and guided companies such as Sun Microsystems, Apple, Hewlett Packard and Accenture through multiple phases of their lifecycles for over 20 years.

  • Product & Network Architect

    Mark is a proven leader in enterprise technical product development, optimization, and testing. He has worked for market leaders including Nokia, Aruba Networks, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. At Aruba and Hewlett Packard, Mark served as Director of Technical Marketing and Director of Worldwide Technical Education Services. Mark focuses on the design and build-out of city deployments and the design of RSM’s hardware for smart city connectivity.

  • VP of Technical Design

    A visual storytelling master who created dynamic visuals for gaming companies and corporations for 25 years (14 AAA titles including Tomb Raider & Nintendo). He designed a proprietary process to overlay live, lane-level traffic data in open source maps using 3D Max, Civil 3D, Infraworks, and LiDAR. Utilizing TIN and DEM 3D surveys, he can describe elevation and road pitch. Paschal is instrumental in developing and innovating the RSM dashboards.
