The Hedge Fund will solicit capital from accredited investors with the intent to use this capital to make investments in highly liquid large and mid-cap equities. The Hedge Fund expects to generate compounded annual returns of 60% to 80% per year on capital invested into the Hedge Fund’s portfolio holdings.
