Former Chief of Surgery Reno VAMC, former Vice Chief of Cardiac Surgery, Brooke Army Medical Center and Deputy Commander for Clinical Services 2nd Medical Brigade US Army Iraq 2004-2005.

    Michael has over thirty years as a health affairs administrator. He is retired from the USN where he was a senior MSC officer. He has served as the Administrative Officer of the Department of Surgery of the Reno VAMC and has also run numerous clinics, surgicenters and large private practices.
