Rowtr is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution which computes advanced optimizations for last mile delivery fleets. In addition to balanced clusters for multi- vehicle fleets, the software solves several commercially useful versions of the Vehicle Routing Problem, including capacity constraints and time window constraints. The service is available either through a REST API or a web application.
