I currently own a car wash business in Fredericksburg, VA. I am looking to build my next location in Lake Ridge, VA. I would like to build a new modern car wash in a location that couldn't be better for this business. I intend to continue build car washes, but for this business location is EVERYTHING and this one is a home run. Car washes can produce very good sales income and even more on the back end of selling the entity.
