Selected to attend the U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis) he later served in combat zones, leading service members in some of the most stressful environments on Earth. A married father of 3, he holds a BS, MS, MBA, and Ph.D.(abd), is an adjunct Professor of Business, startup veteran, and now CEO.

    A veteran of multiple startups including Lytro, Wildfire (acquired by Google), and Beacon Interactive, Dave has been an integral early-stage software engineer in Silicon Valley and Boston. Sent to the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) immediately upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy because of his skill, he initially joined corporate America working as a white hat/security responder for a major bank before joining a startup.
