Born into abject poverty in a 3rd world country ruled by a dictator, Jason has worked hard for everything he's ever achieved. Selected to attend the U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis) he later served in combat zones, leading service members in some of the most stressful environments on Earth. A married father of 3, he holds a BS, MS, MBA, and Ph.D.(abd), is an adjunct Professor of Business, startup veteran, and now CEO.

A natural (and serial) entrepreneur, Ed started his first business in college and never looked back. After a brief stint in corporate America, he took a severance package from Shark Tank's Mr. Wonderful (Kevin O'Leary) and built a successful coffee franchise. A part-time marketing consultant who has worked with dozens of SMB's, Ed understands community connections. A married father of 3, he cares deeply about education and the future of it.

Dave RogersCTO/Co-Founder
A veteran of multiple startups including Lytro, Wildfire (acquired by Google), and Beacon Interactive, Dave has been an integral early-stage software engineer in Silicon Valley and Boston. Sent to the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) immediately upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy because of his skill, he initially joined corporate America working as a white hat/security responder for a major bank before joining a startup.
