Rotenstein is a German cuisine food truck in the Southern Ontario region. We will serve different types of schnitzel meals and other traditional German dishes. Our company will primarily target the craft-beer community as the craft-beer industry is expected to grow within the next 5 years. We will also target streets of London as the mobile food industry is still an untapped market in this city; as well as private events and social gatherings.
