Rootloop's Founder & CEO, Tom Flack, coordinates, manages and delegates the work and workload between himself and Rootloop's other founding members. His vision, sketches, leadership and ideas guide the construction of the website and the legalities in it. Tom is an avid guitarist of 13 years and senior in the school of packaging at Michigan State University.

Rootloop's CFO and VP, Tyler Humphrey, is a recent graduate from the Michigan State University's school of economics. Tyler also has experience with computers and music and contributes to a range of activities that include tactical planning, graphic design, book (financial record) keeping and financial advisement.

Ben Kramp is currently a student at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit Michigan for his degree in Graphic Design. He is exceptionally skilled and he has the chops to make Rootloop as much of an ascetic master piece as a functional master piece. Ben is also an independent musician and is vested in Rootloop's mission to empower other independent musicians and their fans.

Rootloop's Developer, Jeff Slavens, is a recent graduate from Marquette University's school of computer science. Jeff has an expansive knowledge of computer languages and is charge of developing Rootloop's audio engine.
