I'm about to graduate as a Chemical Engineer from OSU. I bought a condo in Tulsa,ok with cash and doubled money. I now continue to make a 35% ROI on this property. I own land a mile from the OSU campus and have a full business plan. I have money for 445 sqft but I want 940 Sq on each floor as a total of 6 rented units. I plan to pay back the loan first with the money made on the project. I expect the payback period to be two years or less.
