John is an international engineer, specializing in design & green technology. He is now the CEO of Applied Solutions Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His firm focuses in the design and development of automotive facilitates and green energy & building systems. John has A Level qualifications in Engineering, Engineering Drawing and Art, a degree on Advanced Visual Technical Communications and excellent knowledge in CAD.

Rong Viet's Architect, Phuong has had years of experience preparing various 1/2000 & 1/500 architectural drawings. Currently, Phuong is working closely with the team to fully develop Rong Viet 1/500 drawing & detailed planning.
