Bruce Romanello has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has developed a proprietary Medical Utilization System (HALOS) that provides primary care providers with a global view of utilization for members in managed care plans. Through working with Bruce and his team, individual clients have seen an upward of six million dollars in shared savings

Lisa Donahue has over 30 years in the healthcare industry. On the gulf coast of Florida, Lisa spent 10 years at an 800-bed hospital working in patient care and 20 years in Human Resources as an HR Information Systems Analyst. Lisa is currently the lead client support and training specialist at Romanello Consulting for programs such as GPRO, EMR and now HALOS.

Pablo Arthur-Rogers has over 25 years in the software programming and engineering industry. Pablo has served as the Senior Programmer, the Senior Analyst, and several other leadership positions where he lead entire development projects. At Romanello Consulting, Pablo has been a critical developer in HALOS. He is also the software architect that developed several HALOS’ add-ons, such as the referral system and event notification system.

Chris served in the United States Navy for six years as an Electronic Technician. During his tenure in the Navy, Christopher was responsible for working on radar and communications equipment. At Romanello Consulting, Christopher serves as our IT Director and is responsible for network administration and security of our systems.

Stephanie Romanello graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Advertising. At Romanello Consulting, Stephanie has lead and designed marketing and advertising campaigns for multiple health plans. She currently works as our Director of Advertising, where she manages and designs all advertising materials, as well as serves on the marketing and branding team for HALOS.

Ned Arick graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Movement and Performance and a minor in Healthcare Administration. Ned then continued his education at the University of Tampa, earning his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Ned has been responsible for overseeing multiple research studies, as well as leading the marketing efforts of several ventures, including healthcare plans.
