Company Summary

Pacha Mama believes in natural food for a better life. We believe that quinoa is a vastly superior grain in terms of nutritional value and we want to bring this to customers without the hassle of cooking quinoa. Our customers want to incorporate nutrition and whole grains into their diet and our drink makes this easy. Quinoa is one of the only complete proteins with all nine amino acids that make it particularly ideal for infants and seniors.

    Co-Founder

    Hachem worked with the Boston Consulting Group and on specifically CPG cases. His experience includes working on convenience store chains, foodservice and food retail. Hachem's industry experience includes defining and implementing a pricing strategy for a national retailer

  • Christopher Heather
    Co-Founder

    Chris lived in Peru for three years. He knows the quinoa supply chain well and has a lot of experience with using various forms of quinoa in food. He has a lot of experience working with small business and addressing specific challenges that star-ups face.

  • Prathima Mia Rodrigues
    Co-Founder

    Mia worked at an organic food start-up this summer and has experience in food retail, branding, food marketing and customer behavior in food choices. This summer she implemented a complete sales and marketing plan for a start-up in NYC which led to 10% sales increase. Her previous experience was with the World Bank on food sustainability, standards and nutrition policy.
