Chuck's career started at UC Berkeley where he developed analytical methods for radio astronomy and flight software for earth orbiting science platforms. Chuck moved from astrophysics to biomedical research in 1997. He was Director of Computational Sciences at the Jackson Laboratory for over 15 years before launching RockStep Solutions in 2014. Chuck is a co-founder of RockStep; he has served as President and CEO since its inception.

As President and member of the Board of Directors of RockStep Solutions, Julie Morrison provides leadership across the organization where she manages operations for development, deployment, and support of Climb.
